  • A Chrome browser extension for capturing screenshots and detecting WordPress context
  • A web dashboard for managing sites and viewing support history
  • AI-powered analysis and troubleshooting recommendations
  • Playbooks and automated fix suggestions

3. Account Registration

To use certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete registration information
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
  • Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any illegal purpose or in violation of any laws
  • Upload malicious code, viruses, or harmful content

6. AI-Generated Recommendations

The Service provides AI-generated recommendations and solutions. You acknowledge that:

  • AI recommendations are suggestions and may not always be accurate
  • You are responsible for reviewing and testing any suggested fixes before implementation
  • We recommend backing up your website before making any changes
  • We are not liable for any damages resulting from following AI recommendations

7. Subscription and Payment

Some features of the Service require a paid subscription. By subscribing, you agree to:

  • Pay all applicable fees as described at the time of purchase
  • Automatic renewal unless you cancel before the renewal date
  • Provide accurate billing information

Refunds may be provided at our discretion. Contact support for refund requests.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WP TASKMATE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

  • Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities
  • Website downtime or data loss
  • Damages resulting from implementing recommended fixes
  • Third-party claims against you

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT:

  • The Service will be uninterrupted or error-free
  • AI recommendations will be accurate or suitable for your needs
  • The Service will meet your specific requirements
  • Any defects will be corrected

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless WP Taskmate, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from:

  • Your use of the Service
  • Your violation of these Terms
  • Your violation of any third-party rights

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or using account settings. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which WP Taskmate operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.

13. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with applicable arbitration rules.

14. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
