  • You have not previously received a refund from us

We aim to process all refund requests within 3-5 business days. Once approved, the refund will be credited to your original payment method within 5-10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.

4. Subscription Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard settings or by contacting support. When you cancel:

  • Your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing period
  • You will not be charged for any future billing periods
  • Your account will be automatically downgraded to the free Starter plan
  • You will retain access to your data and conversation history

5. Annual Subscriptions

For annual subscriptions:

  • Full refunds are available within the first 30 days of purchase
  • After 30 days, we offer prorated refunds for the unused portion of your subscription
  • Prorated refunds are calculated based on full months remaining in your subscription

6. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds may not be provided in the following cases:

  • Violation of our Terms of Service
  • Account termination due to abuse or fraudulent activity
  • Repeated refund requests (more than one refund per customer)
